How we coordinate our private care services
Our private care service is personalised to you. As we don’t have a coordinator, such as an NDIS Plan Manager or a Rehabilitation Coordinator, we can set this service up to suit you perfectly.
We’ll get started with a nursing health assessment and an in-depth discussion with you about the specific assistance and support you require. Then, we’ll create our own care management plan and schedule, so your support worker will always meet each of your needs, every visit.

Then, we can help you get to and from these appointments and give you the at-home support to keep up with your at-home exercises and activities.
